1. What is the time commitment?

We ask teachers to commit to leading a group for 90 minutes each week. You can choose the day of the week and the time that works best for you. We also ask for a minimum commitment of 8 weeks.

2. Do I need to be an English teacher?

We have designed our program to be able to be lead by anyone. You do not need to be an English teacher or be able to speak another language. All of our students are high level English speakers, they are only looking to build a relationship with you and to practice their conversation.

3. What does the training look like?

We will have a 1-2 hour training with you over Zoom. After that, we will teach the first class for you, allowing you to observe. If you still do not feel comfortable, we will continue to colead classes with you until you are ready to lead them on your own.

4. What kind of follow up do you provide to students in their faith?

Our goal is to eventually get all of our students connected with local churches in their communities. Our teachers are the first step in this process. We will then meet with the students one on one to assess their interest in a relationship with Christ. We have a network of missionaries around the world that can help us connect these students to churches in their area.
